Several brewmasters, wineries and distilleries have opened in Central Pennsylvania in recent months and years, some to great fanfare, and some not—by design. Join us on Wednesday, April 19 to learn from local experts Ed Yashinsky of Troegs Independent Brewing, Brandalynn Armstrong of Zeroday Brewing Company, and Dan Healy of Midstate Distillery about their strategies to build their businesses – and brands—in an already crowded marketplace.

Menu Options

Spinach salad (spinach, roasted red peppers, blue cheese, Greek dressing). Gluten-free
Drunken clams (smoked clams and mussels tossed in beer shallot lemon sauce).
Calamari board (fried calamari with spinach and carrot shreds and banana pepper cream sauce).

Pasta Putanesca (sautéed vegetables tossed with zucchini and squash noodles in a lemon caper white wine sauce). Gluten-free
Oven roasted half chicken (served with saffron rice and seasonal veggies topped with red stag barbecue sauce).
