A combination of natural disasters, terrorism events, and political and economic shocks have challenged traditional crisis thinking among businesses and organizations. During the recent government shutdown, banks in the greater Washington, D.C., area have vowed to help customers who were furloughed. After Hurricane Sandy, Verizon and AT&T voluntarily sent trucks into devastated areas to help stranded residents recharge their phones and access the Internet.

Join us for lunch on Wednesday, October 30 to learn how your business or organization can sustain trust during the most complex crisis. Kellie Cummings, a management consultant and thought leader, will share how to respond to a massive crisis, essential trust-building leadership practices, and internal communication strategies to provide continuity and support.

Don’t miss this powerful presentation!
